Super easy ordering, fast confirmation email letting me know they had the order and it was "under construction".....another email sooner than I expected with notification of shipping and a tracking number.....only snag was having package pickup at our tiny town post office closed on Saturday and Sunday so I had to wait an extra two days to get it. I haven't hung it yet, although I know where it's going to go....I'm 73 yrs old with a disabled hubby and need someone to do it for me...but I LOVE the size and especially the excellent workmanship on it. No bare metal edges or sharp unfinished edges like the "imposters" make at a lower price....well worth the money spent...even on a fixed income...this will make it much easier for EMTs and others to find our house when needed.
