Ordering online was easy and product description and picture represented perfectly. I love the bronze color. It did take longer than expected to receive the item but communication about delivery was nice. I received a text when it was shipped and one when it arrived from someone with Modernist. I also received a follow up text. One disappointment, and this could be due to the way I typed in the address, was that we have the letter "E" before the street name representing "East", and on the sign it looks to be part of the actual street name. It needs more spacing between the E and the street name. Overall quality and customer service was fantastic!
I loved it. It was a gift for my husband for his new shop. The sign turned out great and he was very pleased. Thank you so much!
